What can you do? If you have a desk job, stand up and work when possible for periods of time or get up and move around for five minutes every hour. Think about how you can build activity into your job.

walk daily stimulates the metabolism and should ideally be done at the end of the day. This can be used to make up your ten thousand plus steps. I know it can be hard to do when you are tired, have numerous distractions and family at home, and other commitments. Once you get started by building that time into your agenda, you will be surprised by how much better you feel overall and how it overall primes your motivation.
